The registration process at 1dompet quick and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your username, email address, phone number and password. Then verify your email via the link sent to your inbox. Your account will be active and ready to use immediately. No registration fee is required.

Minimum age is 18 years old. The 1dompet platform is strictly for adults. Any attempt to register using false information or an incorrect age is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

No. Each individual is only permitted one account. Holding multiple accounts violates our policy and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all balances and wins. If you already have an account, please login only.

Login to your account and go to the Account Settings. There you can update your password, phone number and other personal details. Changes to sensitive information such as your password require verification via email or 2FA for added security.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an industry-standard identity verification process. At 1dompet, KYC is required before your first withdrawal or when your total transaction amount reaches a certain threshold. You will need to submit a valid copy of your national ID or passport. The process is typically completed within 24 hours, and all data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Withdrawals & Wins

Login to your account and go to the Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method, enter the amount and your bank account details. Once KYC verification is complete, your withdrawal request will be processed within the timeframe set for your chosen payment method.

The minimum withdrawal at 1dompet is RM 30. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level. For large withdrawal amounts, full KYC verification may be required before the transaction is processed.

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 1 to 3 business days after the request is approved. Withdrawals submitted on business days before 5 PM are usually processed on the same day. We strive to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

There are several reasons why a withdrawal may be delayed:
